The Walker Group has supported a local Dunkin Donuts Franchisee since 2008, with the design and construction of several facilities in the region. We have provided complete design solutions for new facilities in six different locations, and have seen three of those facilities through construction completion. The Walker Group design team works closely with this aggressive franchisee, as well as Dunkin Brands to include the latest brand requirements and improvements, to incorporate energy efficient technology, to specify durable materials and efficient plans to maximize client budget. The Walker group has maintained a successful partnership with this local franchisee and maintains certification through Dunkin Brands to provide design services with knowledge and experience to other franchisees in North Carolina and South Carolina.
